Thoughts from/on Papua New Guinea
The Integrated Community Development Project for the Settlement Areas in
National Capital District (NCD) in Papua New Guinea, which started in
April this year (2005), is RECS's first JICA Technical Cooperation
Project. Having finished Phase 1 of the project (May-Sept.),
Tsuyoshi Hashimoto, Team Leader, tells his thoughts that he has come to
